Emergency Care and Informations Suite

The ECI Suite is a collection of clinical web applications and digital tools designed to support clinical professionals in delivering exceptional care. ECI Suite includes Event Review, Patient Record Storage, and Device Readiness, tailored for advanced and basic life-saving support devices.

Digitization has unleashed a flood of data that presents a huge opportunity but is also overwhelming clinicians, nurses, and administrators.

Interactive waveform visualization

Interactive features empower users to manipulate and interact with the waveform. This includes the ability to zoom in on specific areas of interest, adjust scaling, and navigate through the waveform with ease, facilitating a more detailed examination of the ECG.

Integrating remote retrieval and EMR features into a complex legacy platform

We balanced the technical constraints of the legacy platform with the business requirements to ensure a consistent user experience across all Philips digital products. By incorporating a future roadmap for expanding the Philips Emergency Care Suite digital solutions, we reduced learning curves for users and provide a unified experience.

Optimized for touch and web platforms

We tailored the Event Review application to accommodate the preferred use of tablets for inputting patient details and case information, ensuring a seamless experience across devices.

Next-generation cloud-connected AED

Design and delivered cloud-connected AED class III medical device user interface specifications under Philips Quality Management System. The intended user includes untrained bystander. With a user-friendly interface and advanced connectivity, the AED delivers enhanced emergency response capabilities, improving outcomes and saving lives.

Delivered user interface specification for Philips cloud-connected AED and Device Readiness web application, resulting in a 20% improvement in ease-of-ownership and maintenance for 2 million+ hospital technicians.

Device Readiness Web Application

Philips Device Readiness is a web application designed to streamline AED program management. It offers remote monitoring of device status, real-time alerts, and proactive maintenance for optimal performance. Tailored specifically to remotely monitor and manage fleet of Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) AED medical devices, including cloud-connected and legacy devices.

Self-test data driven dashboard

Streamlined ALS and BLS self-test data monitoring with the Device Readiness Dashboard. Real-time insights and customizable alerts ensure optimal device performance. Proactive maintenance enhances patient care and safety in critical situations.

AED Program Management

Redesign the Administration UI to align seamlessly with the Philips branding. With enhanced capabilities for managing devices, site contacts, and sites, it enables a successful launch of the device readiness program.
